The relevent law on having to disclose ones HIV status (as it applies in NSW, Australia as of January 2008) has been set out in a booklet we prepared with funding from the 'Law and Justice Foundation of New South Wales' and the 'Community Development Fund of the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras'.
